GET TO KNOW ME

I live in Nairobi, Kenya. I am an Architect by profession and Mentor by passion. I have also enjoyed being the keynote speaker on International women’s day twice for one of the corporates here. Inspiring & empowering others especially women and children, to become the best version of themselves fulfills me.

My Background

I was brought up in the economic capital of India, Mumbai by very broad minded parents who deserve all the credit for who I am today. They inculcated the culture in me that the barriers of society shouldn’t limit me and stop me from achieving my full potential. That saw me through as a graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Mumbai, working with one of the top firms of the city and eventually saw me progress to the USA to pursue my Master’s degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University, College Station. So, what made me land in Kenya? – Marriage! Having seen those 2 different worlds in my past life, here I was in Nairobi trying to establish myself. I went through the struggle of finding employment as an expat in the industry and eventually setting up my own consultancy firm (the link to my Architectural services consultancy firm can be found on this website). As much as I feel accomplished today, these are results of extreme labor and perseverance and therefore if at all someone needs to know that one lesson for succeeding in life then that’s what it would be. There are no easy ways to success, only hard work and determination can get you to that stage in life.

Today

This website is my way of giving back to the society in terms of knowledge that I have gained with my own experiences. My calling is to help people resolve their emotions. I truly believe that if we manage to heal ourselves emotionally then we can be limitless in achieving our full potential & leading fulfilling lives. I urge you to reach out to me if you need a listening ear, feel stuck and are looking for guidance. I have grown tremendously because I sought coaching/therapy whenever I felt stuck. My hunger to learn new skills made me certified as Reiki level 2 practitioner recently and as of now I am enjoying the feeling of being the instrument of healing for my family members and friends.
